Vice-President - Field Operations
Our Vice President, Terry J. Cook, is responsible for overseeing drilling and production operations. Terry has over 35 years of experience and is trusted and well respected in the industry. Terry Cook is also President and Owner of TWOJO, LLC and Cook Land Development, LP.
Secretary & Treasurer - Accounting & Customer Relations
Dee Bueno handles all accounting and customer relations administration at Silver Oak Operating. From accounts payable to accounts receivable to client engagement and support, Dee is knowledgeable, highly skilled, dependable in all she does.
Landman Services
Randy Spence is our Certified Petroleum Landman who helps secure oil and gas leases across Texas and Louisiana for development. Randy is an expert in the legal process, customer relations, and the art of fair and compelling negotiation.
